Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellation

If a customer cancels a booking after confirmation:

2. Advance Payment Policy

If the customer has paid any advance:

Advance payments are used for booking confirmation and vehicle reservation

3. Vehicle Change or Replacement

If a customer is not satisfied with the vehicle within 1–2 days:
